Prenatal and postnatal running program


This program was specifically designed to be an integrated running system that takes into account the needs of women during pregnancy and postpartum, in a scientific manner that appreciates the nature of this stage with all its complexities, far from simply "going back to running" randomly.

We rely on a deep understanding of the physiological changes that the body goes through, so the program is based on a clear foundation: first, maintaining the body's vitality, then a safe progression towards performance development.


How do we deal with this stage?

We do not consider the pregnancy or postpartum period as one stage, but rather divide it into different phases, as each phase has its own specific needs:

Meeting the requirements of each stage:

Taking into account the specific changes of each month of pregnancy and the postpartum recovery period.

Individual allocation:

Individual differences are the basis for determining the intensity and volume of training to ensure the mother's comfort and safety.

Safe progress:

The goal here is not speed or records, but achieving sustainable performance and safe development that protects your body.

What does the program include?

A customized monthly running plan:

They are distributed in weekly portions via an easy-to-use app, designed to suit your current stage (whether you are pregnant or in postpartum recovery).

Stability and balance exercises:

Guidelines that focus on enhancing running efficiency and supporting body stability during movement in accordance with physical changes.

Continuous monitoring and flexible adjustments:

Adjust the program periodically based on your body's response, your fitness level, and the stage you are going through.

Continuous support and motivation:

Answering your questions and providing the necessary support throughout the week to ensure you continue with passion and confidence.


Important safety precautions:

The program is based on scientific understanding, but we always emphasize the integration of the athletic role with the medical role:

Medical approval:

You must obtain the approval of your specialist doctor before starting the program.

Coordination with the doctor:

Medical follow-up during the program period is essential and indispensable.

Safety first:

Any abnormal symptoms require immediate discontinuation and medical evaluation.
