General Running Program
The greatest danger in running lies in "getting better too fast the wrong way," as most injuries result from suddenly increasing effort, ignoring signs of fatigue, and poor recovery and sleep.
This program was designed to deal with all these challenges from the start, so that it can continue to develop safely.

Through an easy-to-use interactive program, we track and manage your progress step by step by doing the following:

Threshold, oxygen consumption efficiency, and your vital signs such as resting heart rate.
• Continuous monitoring of indicators:
Levels of fitness, fatigue, and overall performance (form).
This is so that we can adjust training loads with extreme precision, at the appropriate time and intensity.
