About me:

- Certified running coach from the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF)

- Coach at the Beirut Marathon Association in the 542 program

- Player of the Egyptian national youth and junior athletics team

- Holds a Master's degree in Physical Education, specializing in middle-distance training

- I have over 8 years of experience helping runners of all levels achieve their goals.

Customized training plans: I will work with you to create a training plan tailored specifically to your goals, abilities, and specific timetable.


Model analysis and correction: I can help you improve your running model by analyzing your running videos. I will provide feedback and tips on how to improve your posture, stride, and arm swing.


Nutritional guidance: We can help you create a meal plan that fuels your running workouts and helps you achieve your goals through the RiteSte platform.


Motivation and Questioning: I will provide you with motivation and ask you about your adherence to your training plan. I will communicate with you regularly, offer encouragement, and help you identify and resolve any issues you encounter.


Injury prevention and recovery: I can help you prevent injuries by teaching you proper running technique, recovery methods, and how to avoid overuse injuries. I can also help you develop an injury recovery plan.


Goal setting and race planning: I can help you set realistic goals and create a plan to achieve them. I can also help you plan your race, including choosing the right race, creating a step-up plan, and developing a race strategy.
